Trainee, Aircraft Maintenance

The line maintenance team is responsible for ensuring that aircraft are safe, reliable, and ready for daily operations. The team performs routine checks, troubleshooting, and minor repairs between flights, often under tight time constraints. Working around the clock, they provide quick technical support at the apron or hangar to minimize delays and keep the airline’s schedule on track. Their role is essential in maintaining safety, compliance, and efficiency in day-to-day flight operations.

Your responsibilities will include, for example:

  • Development activities related to daily operations in Aircraft Line Maintenance and Production Planning
  • Hangar facility and resource efficiency development
  • Daily level operations' steering process development
  • Material handling process development
  • IT system usage development 

We are seeking a proactive and committed individual with a structured approach to work and a willingness to learn. You demonstrate strong collaboration skills, a positive and professional attitude, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment. With dedication and initiative, you contribute both independently and as a valued team member. 

Relevant study background: Engineering, Industrial Management or another relevant field. 

Please note that the hiring process includes security clearance and a drug test. 

The preferred starting date for the trainee will be April 2026; the length of the trainee program will be 6 months.
