Trainee, Marketing

In Marketing team our mission is to inspire our customers with marketing that is data-driven, customer-focused and meaningful. Marketing provides value to Finnair in several ways; by driving growth, building brand awareness and preference and increasing engagement. You will be a part of a team of talented marketing professionals, which creates great learning opportunities. 

Your responsibilities will include, for example:

  • Assisting in marketing campaign planning and execution (e.g., landing pages, campaign assets)
  • Supporting event coordination and marketing promotions (local marketing events, B2B events)
  • Assisting with own channels (e.g., newsletter process)
  • Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, conducting competitor analysis
  • Assisting in-house marketing team with media buying on paid social, search and programmatic
  • Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks within the marketing team

We are looking for a Marketing trainee who has an understanding of marketing and digital touchpoints, an analytical business mindset, and a genuine passion for brands. The ideal candidate is organized, has strong project management and coordination skills, and enjoys working collaboratively in a team. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn are key to succeeding in this role. 

Relevant study background: Marketing or another relevant field

The preferred starting date for the trainee will be March or April 2026; the length of the trainee program will be between 4 to 6 months.
