Your responsibilities will include, for example:

• Development of Inflight Experience KPI dashboard: Automated data collection to existing KPI dashboards.
• User friendly visualization to current dashboards and comparisons to average and target.
• Building new cabin safety and cabin crew supervisor work dashboards including automated data collection from several data sources. 

We are seeking an analyst trainee with the ability to translate Inflight experience data into visually attractive and user-friendly reports and dashboards by using analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI or Microsoft Fabric. Experience of databases is seen as an advantage. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, engages proactively, and thrives in a dynamic environment. Fluency in written and spoken Finnish is required to succeed in this role. 

Relevant study background: Statistics, Industrial engineering or another relevant field.

The preferred starting date for the trainee will be May 2026; the length of the trainee program will be 5 months (flexibility in exact dates and duration).
