The Digital unit at Finnair plays a central role in driving the company’s transformation and strategic execution. It is responsible for developing scalable digital solutions that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and business agility. The Digital Transformation & Architecture team develops and defines enterprise architecture, and related technology, data and solution choices. Additionally, we execute key programs and projects within Finnair. 

Your responsibilities will include, for example:

• Validate and maintain common architecture repository content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness. ·
• Create different reporting and dashboard solutions in the architecture repository tool and in Power BI. ·
• Support business process modeling by documenting and structuring current and future-state processes.
• Map data flows between business processes, applications, and systems to support architecture alignment.
• Collaborate with digital/IT and business stakeholders to define and refine architecture artifacts.
• Assist in documenting solution architecture for ongoing and planned digital initiatives.
• Ensure architecture related documentation quality and instructions by applying standards and templates.

We hope you have relevant digital & IT, data and analytical skills as well as a basic understanding of architectural concepts. Additionally, we seek good collaboration and communications skills, and willingness to learn and develop your own skills. Previous experience in these areas is seen as an advantage.

Relevant study background: Information Technology or another relevant field. 

Please note that the hiring process includes a security clearance and a drug test. 

The preferred starting date for the trainee will be April 2026; the length of the trainee program will be between 4 to 6 months.
