End User Services (EUS) is dedicated to delivering seamless IT experiences across Finnair. Our EUS team provides digital workplace solutions and ensures that technology is accessible and reliable for all Finnair employees. 

Your responsibilities will include, for example:

• Assisting with the setup and support of end user devices (Windows, Mac, mobile).
• Supporting internal IT communications and documentation.
• Helping manage accessories, software licenses, and collaboration tools (M365, Citrix).
• Participating in service desk operations and user support activities.

We hope you have a basic understanding of IT support, good communication and coordination skills, and a strong willingness to learn and grow. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or mobile device management tools is a plus.

Relevant study background: Information Technology, Computer Science or another relevant field . 

Please note that the hiring process includes a security clearance and a drug test. 

The preferred starting date for the trainee will be April 2026; the length of the trainee program will be between 4 to 6 months.
