Join Finnair’s Customer unit as a trainee in the Products and Retailing Development team. You’ll be part of a dynamic group shaping Finnair’s product offering and digital retailing capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product development, customer experience, and commercial strategy in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
You’ll work closely with senior business managers and cross-functional teams, contributing to initiatives that improve customer value and drive commercial performance. The role offers exposure to Finnair’s booking funnel, personalization efforts, and ancillary product portfolio (e.g. seats, bags, Wi-Fi, food).

We are seeking a curious and proactive individual with a structured working style, basic analytical skills, and a genuine interest in (digital) product development and customer experience. Strong communication and collaboration skills will help you succeed in this role.
Relevant study background: Business, Engineering, Economics, Service Design, Data Science or another relevant field.

The preferred starting date for the trainee will be April 2026; the length of the trainee program will be between 4 to 6 months (flexibility in exact dates and duration).
