Ground Operations takes care of our customers and aircraft at all the airports Finnair operates. Finnair Technical Operations is managing the airworthiness of the Finnair fleet. The key objectives of Technical Operations are safety, reliable flight operations and cost-efficient maintenance processes. Engineering is a department within the Technical Operations mainly responsible for the continuing airworthiness management, engineering support and technical lifecycle management of the Finnair fleet. Aircraft configuration management forms the foundation of continuing airworthiness. Every engineer and mechanic must know which equipment and structural components are approved for installation on an aircraft. AMOS information system is the core maintenance and engineering system that keeps our fleet airworthy and compliant.

• Managing aircraft configurations in AMOS information system

Finnair is building a new Customer Intelligence capability in Digital, so that we understand our customers better and use that understanding across retailing, loyalty, personalisation and customer experience. The team brings together customer data from bookings, Finnair Plus, finnair.com, the Finnair app and customer service into one trusted view of the customer. You will join at the very start and work on the groundwork that shapes what the team builds first.

Your responsibilities will include, for example:

• Mapping Finnair's customer data landscape: finding out which customer datasets exist, where they come from, who owns them and where they overlap, through stakeholder interviews and hands-on data exploration
• Measuring the current state of our customer data: using SQL and Python to measure how many bookings and digital sessions we can link to a known customer, and how complete and up to date our key customer attributes are
• Building a customer data glossary: documenting how different teams define terms such as "active customer" or "customer value", and proposing one shared definition for each

Harjoittelujakso alkaa joustavasti kevään aikana. Aloitusajankohta voi kuitenkin vaihdella liiketoiminnan tarpeiden ja myös opiskeluaikataulusi mukaan. Harjoittelujakso kestää 4-6 kuukautta.

Harjoittelujakson kuukausipalkka on 3 000 euroa. Kaikilla harjoittelijoilla on sama palkka.
