SpeakUp – a channel for reporting your concerns

Your concern matters

Finnair acts in compliance with applicable local, national and international laws and with our own policies. Our Supplier Code of Conduct describes the ethical standards to be followed throughout the supply chain. Any violation of the above can cause serious harm to our company. Based on our values, Finnair has a culture of transparency and we encourage you to report if you make any observations regarding the above. You have an important role in raising any concerns of violations. 

Finnair SpeakUp reporting channel

The Finnair SpeakUp reporting channel is provided by a third-party provider called SpeakUp. Instances of non-compliance that are encouraged to be reported through the SpeakUp reporting channel include suspected fraud or misconduct, unethical behavior or violation of applicable laws and regulations or violation of the Finnair Supplier Code of Conduct. 

Please note that the SpeakUp reporting channel is not intended for reporting general business concerns, ideas or operational issues, or emergency events presenting an immediate threat to life or property. You can submit your report through SpeakUp in writing or via phone . If you’d like, you can submit your report anonymously. When creating your report in SpeakUp, you are required to create yourself a password for your individual report. Please take note of the report number and your password to be able to access your case afterwards and see the answer the company has provided to you. See more detailed instructions.

All reports and concerns are investigated

All reports are investigated by the Risk & Compliance function and treated confidentially. Finnair has a strict policy of non-retaliation against anyone raising a concern in good faith. Filing a report will not, however, automatically result in immunity for a misconduct.
